Senior / Lead Frontend Developer (Next.js)

We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior / Lead Frontend Developer with deep knowledge of Next.js. If you are ready to lead development, love optimizing performance, and possess an excellent understanding of web application architecture, this opportunity is for you!
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead the creation of high-performance user interfaces using Next.js.
  • Play an active role in optimizing loading speed and overall performance of frontend applications.
  • Design and implement complex architectural solutions for scalable and reliable systems.
  • Work closely and coordinate with backend, design, and product management teams to implement new features.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and uphold high code quality standards.

Requirements:
  • Deep knowledge and extensive experience with Next.js at a Senior/Lead level.
  • Proven experience in comprehensive web application performance optimization (e.g., Core Web Vitals, SSR, SSG).
  • Excellent understanding of general principles and patterns of web application architecture (microservices, API interaction, security, scalability).
  • Experience with modern frontend technologies and tools, including TypeScript.
  • Ability to work independently, make decisions, and communicate effectively within a distributed team.

Bonus Points:
  • Experience working in the FinTech industry.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience mentoring or leading small teams.
