The History of Plus8Soft Foundation and Idea
From the very beginning, Plus8Soft was built as an AI-first company. After all, both of its founders have significant experience with the technology: Evgeniy was already using artificial intelligence in his previous projects as early as 2012, while Timur was among the first to develop AI systems.
Before deciding to merge their businesses and establish Plus8Soft as one of the new highly demanded players in the market, Evgeniy Zhdanov and Timur Iusubaliev had already known each other for over a decade.
By that time, Timur, the company’s COO, had led multiple successful projects, building engineering teams, architecture, and scaling technical solutions. Evgeniy, Plus8Soft’s CEO, has founded and developed two digital marketing companies and has extensive experience launching tech products and consulting other businesses.
After Evgeniy completed his business education at Stanford Graduate School of Business, he realized that the current software development market is not functioning to its full potential due to outdated traditional approaches.
Evgeniy concluded that the clients require not just another team of engineers, but a strategic partner who knows their product as well as the market and understands how to achieve the client's business objectives. This is how Plus8Soft was born — a company that combines technological, product, and business expertise to not just solve the client’s current objectives, but create high-value-added solutions.
